Spiced Hummus
1 can garbanzo beans (or chick peas)
1/4-1/2 cup tahini
4-8 cloves garlic (you can always add more but cant take out)
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
To Taste:
salt
pepper
cumin
coriander
paprika
red pepper flakes
cayenne pepper
curry
turmeric
Combine in a food processor and mix until smooth. Add additional spices and seasonings to taste.
