Shipping & Returns
Your product(s) will be shipped within 7 business days.
- Unopened products can be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days of the date of receiving the product.
- There is no refund on shipping and handling.
- All returns require a return authorization number (RAN). To get an RAN you can e-mail customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will not be accepted without an RAN. Please keep in mind that there may be a delay in shipping and receiving the return. Therefore, the refund may take up to 30 days to be processed.
Shipping costs on returns are your responsibility. We recommend that you ship returns in a way that can be tracked as we are not responsible for packages that we do not receive (USPS Delivery confirmation, UPS, Fed Ex etc.). Please also include your product invoice and ship your return to the following address and we will credit your account:
