    It is best to use Himalayan or Celtic salt and no it is not too much if you use these types. They have minerals in them that also help the body.
    I have consumed plain orange juice at bed time and that works most of the time. The issue is your liver not having enough glycogen for regeneration and so your body produces adrenaline which then causes you to wake up.

    I started taking the adrenal cocktail a few months ago. It worked right away and I can still feel it improving my sleep more each night! Thank you! Did anyone else start having an itchy neck after trying this? The itch is bad in the morning a subsides throughout the day, but is always there. Cortisone helps some, but not completely. It also has moved a little – started in middle, spread to left more, and now is also right up under my chin.

    forgot to add….cut most of your sugar intake. The sugar is the precursor as to the toxins your liver is dumping at 3am.

    This article does not discuss the fact that your liver detoxes around 3am pushing substances into your blood that acts like caffeine waking you up. Fenugreek helps to buffer that effect of the 3am wakeup calls!!! Try it. it helped me the very first night intook it just before bed. If you have fibromyalgia you need to make sure you are also taking 5-HTP on empty stomach before bed. The combination is truly a dream.

    Did you mean cut out all caffeine -after 2:00 PM?
    you said before 2:00PM

    • Logical question Alan! Maybe it would be more accurate to say cut out all caffeine by 2 pm. The idea is that at or before 2 pm you should stop consuming caffeine.
